Meeting with Deputy Vice Chancellor of the University of Dodoma

Russian Ambassador to Tanzania H.E. Andrey Avetisyan visited the University of Dodoma and had a meeting with Deputy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Razack Lokina.

The conversation focused on strengthening bilateral interaction between Russian and Tanzanian higher education institutions. Prof. Lokina briefed the Russian side on the current state of the University's cooperation with its Russian partners, and outlined potential spheres for the expansion of the existing ties.

On his part, Ambassador Avetisyan reaffirmed Russia's willingness to the implementation of joint projects in variious fields, including the Russian language studies, academic exchange programs, experience sharing, and building up a legal basis of cooperation.

The meeting was held in a friendly and constructive atmosphere.
